This maybe a bit off the intent of the topic but, But it is railway. The title reminded me that in Dec 2021 the Canadian Pacific Railway bought out the Kansas City Southern Railway for US$30 billion. It is now called the Canadian Pacific Kansas City Railway (CPKC). The CPKC is the first and only single line railway connecting Canada, the U.S. and Mexico. I haven't seen any KCS rolling stock go through our town yet but, almost every train going through has at least one KCS engine. I suspect that there will be a new rolling stock color scheme in the near future.

I reach the same age in August. In 2022, they had to create a new age category for me, called it EL' PATRON. Guess what? I got first place, that is only until the next 80 yr old enters the fray.

A pard brought it over and we watched it together: "Mackintosh and T.J.", a more modern type cowboy movie, shot on the 6666 Ranch in the mid '70's.

I found and bought it on Amazon about 6 months ago in DVD, it was my first time viewing it and I really enjoyed it.

If you haven't already, you need to read Clayton Moore's biography called, "I was that Masked Man". It is a fantastic read.

I get everyone to call me on my cell phone. I have it paired to my hearing aids so that the sound comes directly to both ears (stereo) loud and clear and I talk into it like a 2 way radio mic. I have a hard time hearing from a land line as the sound only comes in one ear. I'm outside a lot, so my phone is always right there.

The advantage to having an analog watch is that it can also be used as a compass. Point the hour hand towards the sun, and halfway between the hour hand and 12 o'clock is plus or minus a couple of degrees straight south. Try it, it works.

OK, I took another look. At first glance I thought that was a foam cooler and couldn't figure out what would make those marks on a foam cooler. Now I see that it is a full size freezer and of course those are hockey puck marks. Hey, I'm old. I can remember my Dad coming home from WWll.

MAN! I've been looking at the times for EOT etc. and those folks TOTAL MATCH times are what I shoot for a STAGE!
I am thinking about driving the motor home out though, but I'm pretty much alone now for a long trip.
My son, Big Red is working and saving his vacation time for a winter trip to visit friends in Florida and my riding partners; fellow Trail Boss (West) for the Wranglers and the TG for the area have commitments and responsibilities around here.
I'm also waiting to hear about my knee replacements, so I'll have to play it by ear.
