yes, I went through it three times, but it was for my employers. They sent a lawyer and paralegal to do all the paperwork. The wording is a little obscure but mostly necessary.
I can tell you what I know about it though.

NYT limit: On my ipad, I delete the NYTIMES.com cookie. On my computers, I use a different browser to read the articles. They all store their cookies in different places. I could look up the NYT cookie, but have not bothered.

That might be a good description. But, heck, it keeps life interesting.
