I have my two "1894-1994" receiver stamped rifles: 30-30 carbine with checkered stock and 45 Colt trapper (my first CAS rifle). The 30-30 I removed the cross bolt and plugged the holes - it looks nice. The 45 Colt has the "John Wayne" loop lever. It's just cool. GG ~

Neat "modern" levergun. Will be interesting to see if S&W offers a dedicated CAS version. Still, kudos to them for getting this to market. GG ~
