Going along with what Forty posted the big thing was the number of hours as kids that we were allowed to leave the house and go off and play with our friends often with no adult supervision. My brother and I would get the lawn mowed, a couple of chores on Saturday and we were free to heasout for the day.
Also we were allowed to ride our bikes quite a distance around town. I remember a lot of Saturday movies at the theater with nothing but kids.

I won a box of 45 Colt cowboy ammo at a match raffle years ago. 160-165 grain if I remember. Couldn't believe the little pop it made when shooting it.

Their hair was long for a guy at that time. Only giirls with a pixie cut would have similar length hair. No way their hair was longer then the average girl when they were on Ed Sullivan. Not even close.

There are so many. Eric Burdon was mentioned. He is someone who I think is really under rated, big time.
The Mark and Brian radio show used to have musicians on and get them to play a song or two. Ann Wilson sounded amazing, just like her recordings live in their studio. Tom Jones was another good one.

Liberals often say they are open to hearing opinions on both sides of a topic. Then they are flabbergasted to learn that there actually are contrary opinions.

That's generally what I do too. But occasionally someone goes out of their way, unprovoked, to get their big opinion out there that they know about 50% of people disagree with.. Others you have to dig into to find their opinions.

As has been pointed out it's difficult to find any show or movie that doesn't have people involved on some level with these kinds of beliefs. I ignore some of it so I can watch some things. But occasionally someone like this comes out with these statements, voluntarily, the lead actor, and I can't ignore it. Liked him but done with his shows.

Depending on the situation the driver who is the one that messed up should not take an action that inconveniences a bunch of other drivers to try and fix his mistake and make it easier on himself.

She didn't fully do her job and should have put her foot down and said no if they were trying to have her do too many jobs. But I believe they hired her, inexperienced, probably lower paid because they thought they could pressure her into speeding things up, skipping some steps, doing what they (the producers) wanted knowing they couldn't do that with an experienced more highly paid armorer. I could be wrong but this seems like a good possibility. Producer/actor saying let's go right away after a take pushing to move along, supports this.

The Winchester 86 may be a little stronger then the Marlin 95 but the Marlins handle the Buffalo Bore and Garret ammo designed for leverguns.

The first movie in a series like this is fresh, introducing you to the world it's set in. It is harder in the sequels to compete with that.

The Taurus 445 stainless or blued steel weigh 28-29 ounces. Their ultralight and titanium models were about 22 ounces.

It depends on exactly what bullet you are using that's not a Big Lube. Some do hold enough BP lube. But I've seen outfits that offered the same bullet with standard lube or BP lube that had a tiny lube groove that didn't work. Some shooters use smokeless lubed bullets with real BP "without issue" but they run a boresnake after each stage. But there are other bullets that can work besides the Big Lubes.

Someone posted in the past that included diagrams of many bullet moulds. May have been Accurate not sure. There were several designs that looked like they would work well with BP and hold enough lube in two good sized lube grooves. Can't remember if any had one large one like the Big Lubes. But many of the popular smokeless rnfp bullets will hold a very small amount of BP lube if you try to relube them.

We played in the street in our local residential housing track, not on the major roadways. But we did ride our bikes all over town. But the town I grew up in was maybe 15,000 people as a kid. Now well over 100,000.
