I think it's slightly wetter that the stuff in the jar, so I don't use it at home . It's interesting that people are saying that the jarred relish is too wet. In civilian courts and prison, there is usually considerable monetary compensation. I'm assuming this guy was convicted by Courts Martial, and so I have no idea. I would hope so.
