  1. Thanks for a great review Deuce. And on something people are wondering about! I wish Cimarron hadn't called this one the Terminator. Might confuse some people. They seem to want to have to give a nickname to every new model. Oh well, at least they are coming out with them!
  2. You would be doing your fellow shooters a favor if you only shoot small-primer .45 Colt brass in pistols. If you shoot it in rifle then some of it is going to end up in other people's brass and they will not be happy when it jams their reloading machine.
  3. I have the 4"Diamondback .22 . I don't have Opentops, I shoot conversions. Close enough
  4. I've got the P32 also! Mine was one of the first s/n 144. would have been lower but I waited for the light gray frame to match my P11. Wonder what other guns we both have the same?
  5. I've had mine for 25 years and put 2000 rounds through it.
  6. Howdy Dee, I shot 600 rounds that were a 125gr TC bullet with 3.4gr of WST. Then I dropped it to 3.2gr and shot 2000 more. Totally fine. This was with a Federal SPP and I occasionally saw a few unburnt flakes in a gun that has a larger cylinder gap. If I used it again I'd probably use magnum primers. Sorry, no chrono. The only reason I stopped using it was that that was when AA LNLR stopped being available on the shelves and I started loading shotgun, and I use the WST for shotgun and didn't want to run out, so I switched to N320 for my .38's.
  7. The V-V cowboy load data file shows .38 spcl loads for N310 and N320 only, none for N330.
  8. I have about 1 1/2 bottles of TB. I only use it in a couple of loads, and they are low volume loads, but I was still trying to "save" it, since I didn't think it would be coming back. Knowing that it will, I will go ahead and use what I have and it will still probably last me a few years. I wonder if the people who paid a king's ransom for TB from the scalpers will be regretting it? Savvy Jack, I found Winchester 44-40 brass at a Cabelas, I think it was. BUT, that was probably 15 years ago!
  9. Howdy Slick - if the SKB is still available, I will take it. Sending PM. I'm not sure if that "SOLD PENDING FUNDS" was for the pistols or shotgun since it was in between the two. Did one of you guys above buy the shotgun?
  10. Hi Flaco. I will take the 44wcf SAA. Late Merry Christmas to me. Sending you a PM.
  11. If the firing pin hits are off-center then no I don't think it is a result of the 3-click hammer system. You already replaced the bolt spring, so let me ask you about the hand spring - how strong is that? If you can spin it and it goes on for more than a few chambers, then the hand spring may be contributing to the problem. If it is too weak then your cocking technique comes into play as well.
  12. the picture blows up. Winchester and CCI are $84.99 and Federal are $89.99.
  13. Interesting. Boil in water for 15 minutes with a tablespoon of citric acid. He says it smells very bad. Then rinse and scrub with detergent. I think it would be a little tedious to do this with 38 special.
  14. It took 25 years but I have 14 hats, 12 of which I still shoot in, and didn't pay over $50 for any. Clearance, thrift stores, ebay, shooters quitting, etc. Did some reshaping on a lot of them. Good luck.
  15. Gonna take an awful lot of sneakin'! But based on the initial numbers, I predict 100M. His views are predominately from India, and over 2M from Bangladesh! edit: for them who don't know who we're talking about, Tha Kid (Lightning McQueen's son) is the latest viral cowboy. 50M since taking off 2 weeks ago.
  16. I continue to be in awe of how many people around the world watch these. This happened a little while ago.
  17. Nice guns. Looks like they are 4 click guns, too. You might want to remove your phone number from your post and just give it to people who PM you.
  18. Pietta doesn't make a Bisley. Maybe the gunsmith just used regular Pietta low wide hammers.
  19. Today only, code P240118 for 10% off $100 or more purchase. If you buy 10K primers and some powder, that is a lot better than free shipping or hazmat. (Federal SP are $74.99)
  20. Those are dealers selling them on Gunbroker. They probably all had backorders at Cimarron waiting for these shotguns to show up. Same thing happened a year or two ago when Cimarron suddenly got a few hundred of the 1878 Coach guns in. You find out first when you see them all over Gunbroker.
  21. They must have just come in, so you might need to wait to hear from someone who has bought one of these, and/or from a CAS gunsmith who gets one and can tell us whether or not they are worth working on.
  22. Some were sent to Lonnie Amman to fix up. The decision was made that they needed too much work, so the rest were sent back to China. That's all I know.
  23. Nope, first I've heard of them. A guess would be that these are the replacements for the ones sent back to China a year or two ago.
  24. when I first saw this topic, the G looks like a C, so it looked like SCammo.com . Nope, not buying from them!
