Thanks Wallaby, the pic is kinda fuzzy but is that an old fashioned corded phone? In the tv program the bad guy just left the phone hanging down he didn’t hang it up.
I wonder if it’s a push button dial ? We haven’t had those here in my area for years!
I’m watching NCIS Sydney and one of the bad guys used a pay phone in a phone booth to contact someone. Someone else mentioned a pay phone in a 7-11. Do they have old style pay phones in phone booths?
My son is 15 minutes from downtown Nashville and said it’s pretty much a ghost town compared to its usual vibrant hustle and bustle. He’s got about the same as you, 5-6 “.
I get what you’re saying and I agree ,all those cites and states should have planned ahead! More housing closer to more fuel for fires, yes those all should have been cleared !
I switched to .38’s a few years ago for cost and ease of reloading ( I was shooting .44-40 and .45 prior to that) I do a couple shoots a month and a couple 3 day shoots. The savings is not huge but enough to give an ease to the wallet. Bullets are cheaper as well as brass and of course less powder. 🤠
I heard this on the Dana Loesch radio show yesterday! It's true! They can grow to 5 feet and weigh up to 25 lbs. That can hurt! They go into a deep freeze when it gets below 30 I believe!
You’d think that they would have planned a little better and had some foresight . This wasn’t the first fire they’ve had. Granted this was a bad one with the winds and all but I still think better planning could have minimized the damage. Just MHO
I've also read what you listed and also they were supposedly diverting the water to the ocean because of the smelt fish to protect them. Hmmm.....I don't know who to believe now!
