So according to legal experts on Fox the prosecution withheld evidence that could or could not help the defense. According to all them the judge had no choice but to dismiss the case. I’ll have to admit I was wrong and biased or not the judge did what she HAD to do. End of my rants.☺️

I have ATT as well but I don’t use my phone to buy anything nor do I have any banking info on my phone. I do all that on my computer which is powered by Spectrum. If they have my texts and phone calls then have fun! 😂

I can’t help but think that judge was a little biased in her ruling. Would she have ruled the same way if the situation was reversed? Personally I don’t think so. Justice is a rocky road. It can go either way and the judge has a little too much power but I’m not a lawyer so I could be wrong.

I somewhat agree with you but this technicality about the ammunition was not entered in properly in my mind had nothing to do with what really happened . I can’t stand the fact that he walked completely free.

I think it’s a bullcrap decision. It’s a technicality in my non lawyer opinion, Baldwin still killed someone and he’s going to walk. What a shame!

So how come it’s still on? That’s a long time. I think it’s lived it’s life !

I’m not 100% positive that the tracking number was correct, I deleted the text snd blocked the number which was from the Philippines! 🤨 I got an email from UPS that said my package was delivered, well I already knew that but the UPS email looked legitimate. Who knows?

I heard that the defense has admitted now that Baldwin pulled the trigger. I wasn’t watching but someone I know was and saw it.

What’s scary about this is this was a TEXT from USPS about my delivery order. It was so real looking I almost fell for it. First time this had ever happened. I got spam phone calls and spam emails all the time. This was different! Yes the tracking number was also on the text.

This was a text not an email. They got my phone number from the order I assume.

I ordered a Lee SS press from Amazon, it came from Midway, delivered by USPS via UPS I got a text that my package was held up at the warehouse because of insufficient address. I started to give my address but they wanted 0.03 cents on my credit card. I then noticed the package at my back door. I called the phone number which was a weird number and some guy was mumbling. I gave him a few choice words, hung up and blocked the number. It was from the Philippines! Beware! It looked like the USPS website with logo and all!🤨
