  1. I dunno about that. At my age one could kill me.
  2. A Bernardelli Brescia 12 gauge double hammer gun two barrel set. It could be used for SASS, but really........ If anything was left over I'd start shopping for a 1903 Mannlicher Schonauer carbine in 6.5 x 54 MS. Might work for Wild Bunch..... but again, really.......
  3. Had a car like that once. Sold it for scrap.
  4. Jealousy is such an ugly thing in someone like you who seems like such a nice person otherwise.
  5. He should have been executed 35 years ago, give or take a couple of years. He's been using up resources to keep him alive, resources better spent on almost anything else.
  6. Yeah. I ever could figure out why anyone would fight off the women, especially when there are so many guys who couldn't catch one if they tried.
  7. I'm at the age where anything that still works hurts. Most mornings it's my lower back and right ankle. Within an hour the back pain goes away but the ankle can go on for days. My hands hurt when it's cold and my right thumb hurts almost all the time. Like you, everyday brings a new misery, sometimes small, sometimes larger, but always something new. Nobody said that getting old was easy. Old age is not for the weak or timid..... but still, there a lot of advantages.
  8. They worked well on our M-706 / V-100 light Armored Assault Vehicles in 'Nam and at Seal Beach. I don't know how the civilian versions work.
  9. Like Birdgun said. He knew Travis better than I did. Glad we were both in Las Vegas losing our money when the Alamo fell.
  10. Ay 62 I threw everything up in the air and walked out from under it. Best choice I ever made except for marrying Shawna.
  11. Prescott Valley, Arizona. Nuff said. Contact me for more info. Oh, BTW, I an put you in touch with some of the finest costume makers in the world. You want to sew, so sew!!!
  12. Depends on who's looking. She might have thought I was gorgeous..... too.
  13. Me and the dog had an angus double burger with cheese, dill pickles, generic yellow mustard, and a slice of Burmuda onion, iced tea for me and water for the dog, and blackberry pie with vanilla ice cream. I didn't feel like putting together a big meal.
  14. I left a 4 out. Should be fortyrod54321@gmail.com. Sorry
  15. I used to be able to do that with a U S Rifle Caliber Thirty M-1 (Garand)... blindfolded... and in about the same time. The M-1 Carbine took twice as long and I needed my eyes to do it. I still remember how but the speed is gone and I need both eyes now.
  16. So.... how does that account for all the dumbass things I did after I turned 35?
  17. Well, so far I can't get the damn thing to work at all.
  18. Starting tomorrow I'l be at fortyrod54321@gmail.com. Enough aggravation with juno. Spread the word.
  19. WOW!!! Terrific. Happy 2017 to all.
  20. They aren't spelled the same. Other than that not much difference.
  21. Mine were done in 2003, a week part. I couldn't see red, a serious problem when half my appointments were at night. I still wear glasses to see anything inside 20 inches, but it's a marvelous change for 20/200 right, and 20/ 250 left, and cataracts to boot. A side benefit is like an old detergent commercial: my "whites are whiter and my brights are brighter", and I see everything about 50% bigger. The procedure has improved a lot over the years
  22. Maybe my sense of humor is stunted, but I don't think that's funny. Sorry.
