    And in a bind they are very handy to remove a broken light bulb for its socket and you can use them as a makeshift ink stamp. 

     

    I personally can peel one and put some salt on it and eat it raw.  Once in awhile I get  the "snackies" and don't want to make a fuss.  This solves that problem.
