Yes, absolutely.

a B-17 visiting our area, escorted me east bound on the 69A yesterday. She was selling flights to folks over at Love Field in Prescott and passed over me just after I left the VA hospital.
Nearly 80 years old and still impressive as can be.

It depends on the temperature, humidity, wind speed and direction. The Coriolis Effect plays a big part as well. It also depends on the condition of the skunk and what it had eaten in the 24 hours before being run over. A skunk that has previously discharged it's scent prior to being hit may not be as pungent. If you are still reading this and haven't come to the realization that this is utter b.s. I am letting you know now that it is and I really have no clue about it other than tomato juice doesn't work if you get sprayed.
:-)
And I bow to the King of BS. All hail Pat.

It's because a dead skunk laying the middle of the road stinks to high heaven--not low heaven.
That song and You're So Vain were top of the list when I was at Camp Lejeune in 1973.
They are both still favorites.

Oh please, Charlie Harley, let's get with the times, Man.
Here's one just for you...
Who's your favorite Charlie's Angel?
I liked Mary Ann and I loved Kate Jackson and Cheryl Ladd - what can I say? I couldn't make up my mind.
I had the hots for Kate Jackson clear back when she was Danko's woman on The Rookies.

The "Belgian Rattlesnake" is an awesome piece.

I can't tell from the top one but the lower picture is definitely female... probably DDD.
..........Widder
I think I dated the one in the first picture when I was in high school.
She hasn't aged well at all.

Now don't start that...Allie will get a cane and put a whoopin' on us...
Not on me. Not until after the foot race and fist fight, she won't.
-
Uh..... I don't get what you're trying to say here. Something about an empty plate maybe?

Forty Rod = Mr. First Nighter. Be certain to wear the patent leather shoes with that top hat.
Homburg hat and cap toe high top shoes or congress gaiters. No spats, no patent leather, no fancy fabrics.

About six years ago my son-in-law gave me a genuine blackthorn walking cane that he picked up in Dublin. I never carried it until I got a kidney stone last year and now I never go anywhere without it. Mostly use it to help with my balance nowadays, 'specially on snowy icy days.
Just ordered two more cane this AM from a company back east. These are sufficient for my use, but are mostly decorative for when I'm in my docent costume at the Elks Opera House and Theater.

Thanks...Done...Man, just when you think you have a handle on technology...
Technology has a handle? Who would have guessed?

It is a sign of the apocalypse!
What, me still being alive?
-
Yep, I'm till alive.
At my age it's sometimes hard to tell.
-
You're not dead are you?
Hell, I don't know. Let me check.
Nope. Got a pulse and my back itches where I can't reach it, got acid stomach and I need to brush my teeth.
I'll check again in the morning and let you know.

... that I didn't have anything, not even a sales flier, in my mail box. Must be over 40 years since that happened last.
Nothing earth-shaking about it but it is unusual.

Old age is creeping up on you if you remember when jeans came in only one length. All the kids had folded up cuffs. Your mother would yell at you if you let them drag on the ground.
Did your mother make you put a dime in your "penny" loafers in case you had to make an emergency phone call?
I remember the jeans... and iron-onpatches. Always wore western or engineer boots until I got to high school and wore military low quarter shoes or combat boots in ROTC and PH Fliers for gym.
I also remember "tan" Levis jeans and "jumper" jackets with light blue Levis shirts with snaps instead of buttons.
I can't ever remember not wearing a cowboy hat until high school ROTC either.

The Monza, the Vega, the Pinto, the Gremlin, the Dart and very junky Japanese imports.
Those were the days of the $250 car.
Gas shortages and intensifying environmental concerns and the largest luxury cars of all times.
Ford is re-introducing the Pinto, now to be named the Hindenburg.

Ninety in, what, 15 minutes, downhill?
About that... but it always started in central Illinois weather, even parked outside.
-
Can't find anything with any quality anymore.
-
Yes I know that, but I can't remember the last time I got a busy signal which is my point! I don't know anyone with a land line that doesn't have voice mail!
Mine doesn't. If you think it's important you'll call again.
