  1. Also I'm making them from the best Titanium for this use that is made, which is more difficult to work with in hopes no one else would ever have any additional problems. I will try to send you photo of worst pin someone has ever shown me that still worked (broken in three places with very light strikes)
  2. The one you speak of isn't mine as I haven't been making them but two years. Your's is the first I have heard of breaking. In answer to your question yes you should need the heaver hammer spring because the pin will now be heaver. If I can be of any help text me at 801 829 8989 Also I don't know of anyone using the original pin with the new lighter spring (sorry), so you are the test bed on this one. Thanks for the heads up.
  3. Here is a photo of the firing pin. Normally they brake about 1/4 in from tip. I have even found some pins broken in three pieces that still worked a little.
  4. Selling Titanium firing pins for the Winchester model 12 shotguns. They come with a replacement hammer spring. $85 for the pair plus shipping. I will have them with at EOT and at the Ben Avery, Jan - Mar
