Yes, you read that correctly. His channel spiked their sales but was not politically "neutral" enough so they dumped him.

I sent an email this morning and I have just received an acknowledgment of them receiving it.

Here’s my email:

“I would like to comment on this proposed change in policy.

As to the shipping of legally owned handguns through the United States Postal Service, any law abiding citizen SHOULD be allowed to ship or receive a handgun or handguns through the mail. Since the establishment of the Postal Service, citizens had the right and option of shipping guns through the mail. It wasn’t until a misguided legislature and the management of the USPS decided otherwise, that handguns were not to be allowed.

An unloaded handgun, properly packaged and sealed, is no different than a rifle or shotgun, both of which are regularly shipped through the mail by the public.  The same standard should apply to ALL firearms!

There’s More to the Burke-O’Neill Special Prosecutor Story

I am not a lawyer.  Heck, I rarely watch "lawyer shows" on TV.  This is lengthy, but worth watching, if you have the patience - the result could be far-reaching, well beyond this state's boundaries. 

A couple of thoughts: 

- First, I'm hopeful.  I wish I could say I'm confident of a positive outcome, but the best I can do is "hopeful."

- Second, if the court should rule in "our" favor and uphold the previous ruling, I AM confident that the state will respond with something at least equally oppressive.   

For instance - when Prop 63 was first passed ten years ago, it called for a 4-year renewable, $50 permit to buy ammunition.  This was changed by the legislature to the current "background check" requirement.  I'd expect to see it resurrected, likely in an even darker form.
