With the mag tube loaded, it wil chamber the first round fine. After firing, I rack it hard, but the carrier comes up empty. No cartridge on it. I then can drop the hammer, repeat the racking motion, and the next round from mag tube is there. Fire again, same scenario. No cartridge, rerack and its there.

Any thoughts as to what may be causing this?

I've been running this gun for a while, and never an issue. I did just disassemble the mag tube and cleaned it well. Didnt see anything ab normal

Many of you have been frustrated with the inability to add a pic to a PM (Private Message) from your INBOX!

When you try you get the following message:

You have been told, in the past, that only images from a website with a URL can be posted.

Well guess what....

There is a backdoor option you can use to add any pic or image that resides on your phone, tablet, computer, etc.

Although this may seem to be a tedious way to merely add an image, it at least gives you the option.

(By the way.....I have been using this method when I figured it out years ago)

Here are the steps to take:

**REMEMBER to close the "Start New Topic" window you had previously started to obtain access to your pic for posting.

Some folks have 'em, so it looks like it was possible at some point.

OK the title pretty much says it all.  I'm looking for a BP bullet lube recipe to use in Big Lube bullets over BP.  Feel free to tell me they're already on the wire, but if you do please include a link.  Just telling me to search doesn't help me.  I tried and came up with a bunch of junk including someone using Peanut Butter as a lube.  I have no skillz with computer searches.

I recall somewhere reading a recipe with Bees wax, Crisco and Olive Oil, but I don't recall the portions.  Also, will the Olive Oil make the lube real soft and prone to melting and making a mess?  I may want to use this in a regular lube/sizer as well as a pan lube.  A comment or two on how well your lube works in a lube/sizer would help.

I've been playing with ~50/50 Beeswax/Crisco over Cap and Ball chambers.  How does that work as a regular bullet lube down a 24" .44-40 barrel?

Does anyone out there currently shootwith one of these,  and if so, how does it perform?

If you know of this firearm,  any information would be appreciated. 

The reason I ask is after the suggestion I watched a bunch of videos on the rifle and almost all of them had the rifle jamming. 

I would not want to suggest a firearm that may further frustrate the shooter.
